Due to an unanticipated issue or circumstance, if you have already purchased a flight ticket with Aeromexico Airlines but now wish to cancel the flight, you may do so at any time before to the planned flight departure.

Depending on the terms of the Aeromexico cancellation policy and the circumstances surrounding your cancellation of the flight reservation, there may or may not be a cancellation charge.

Refund procedures at Aeromexico

You won't be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of the cooling-off period after the time of reservation, provided that you book your travel at least 7 days before departure. Aeromexico refund policy will be applied to the original payment method. The cost of the ticket will be reduced by a cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be returned if the flight is cancelled after 24 hours of purchasing the ticket.

The cost of the ticket will be reduced by the cancellation charge if the cancelled flight was purchased within 7 days before the scheduled departure date, and the reimbursement will be credited to your travel bank, which is good for future trip bookings. No reimbursement will be issued if the flight request is cancelled and there is no show.
