Finding Flexibility with Frontier Airlines Cancellation Policy

In some circumstances, travellers may be able to cancel a flight and get a full refund under the updated Frontier airlines cancellation policy for 2021. The following are these circumstances:

- You make a reservation 7 days (168 hours) in advance and cancel it within 24 hours.

- When your flight is cancelled, you choose not to take the next available flight.

- You cancel your flight and your ticket (the WORKS package) is refundable.

- A ticket purchased between December 22, 2020, and March 31, 2021 is cancelled.

- A reward ticket is cancelled at least eight days before to travel.

- You reschedule your trip at least 60 days in advance.

- Any exceptional circumstances, including jury duty, the serious sickness or death of a passenger or close family member, etc.

Depending on your fare terms, you may be charged a cancellation fee in any other circumstances.

Note :

If you have a WORKS bundle ticket, you may cancel it in accordance with Frontier's rules and keep the value of the ticket to use within a year of the transaction date. However, you need to submit an online refund form if you want a return.

The Frontier 24 hour cancellation of Frontier Airlines

If a traveller cancels a flight with Frontier Airlines within 24 hours of booking, they will receive a full refund as long as the flight doesn't leave until at least 7 days (168 hours) later. The rule is applicable to all ticket kinds, even non-refundable ones.

A cancellation fee will be applied if you change your plans less than seven days before departure or more than 24 hours after booking your ticket.
